Warrior Ethics:  Bushido for Law Enforcement

My philosophy of teaching statistics at the undergraduate level is consumer literacy.  That is, I want my students to become intelligent consumers of the wealth of quantitative data generated by criminal justice scholars, practitioners, and agencies.  A large part of my strategy has been to use the text Interpreting Basic Statistics.  This is not a textbook so much as it is a workbook.  Excerpts from journal articles are provided and students are asked to interpret the text, graphs, and tables and so forth from the articles.

If you are wondering why all of the text is scrunched up in the middle, it is so that these webpages will be printable.  The rather large column to the right will be cut off some or completely, depending on your settings.
