  • 114 oz. Catsup
  • 32 oz. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 64 oz. Dark Brown Sugar
  • 12 oz. Molasses
  • 16 oz. Margarine
  • 16 oz. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 3 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 6 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 3 tbsp Celery Seeds
  • 6 tbsp Smoked Paprika
  • 3 tbsp Chipotle Powder
  • 2 tbsp Black Pepper
  • 3 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 3 tbsp MSG

Preparation Steps

  1. Add catsup, apple cider vinegar, molasses, margarine, and Worcestershire sauce to a 3-gallon stock pot. Bring to a boil.
  2. Stir in the dark brown sugar vigorously until it is completely dissolved.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, celery seeds, smoked paprika, chipotle powder, black pepper, cornstarch, and MSG.
  4. Stir well and simmer the mixture for 30 minutes.
