Ingredients List

  • 16 oz. of your favorite pasta
  • 1 tbsp seasoned salt
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 4 oz. jar diced pimento
  • 1 cup green peppers (diced)
  • ½ red onion (chopped)
  • 1 cup celery (sliced thin)
  • 1 cup black olives (sliced)
  • 1 ½ cup mayonnaise

Preparation Steps

  1. Boil pasta according to the package directions and drain.
  2. In a large bowl, combine boiled pasta with seasoned salt, lemon juice, and olive oil.
  3. Let the pasta mixture rest in the refrigerator for at least two hours (can cover and refrigerate overnight).
  4. After letting the pasta mixture rest, add diced pimento, green peppers, red onion, celery, black olives, and mayonnaise.
  5. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.

Preparation and Cooking Time

  • Total Time: Approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes (including resting time)
