What You Will Learn
In this section, you will learn to differentiate various qualitative and historical research methods and their significance in understanding behaviors and societal trends. You’ll discover how to access and interpret archival data, and apply observational research techniques, including the use of focus groups. Additionally, you’ll learn to design and conduct effective surveys and interviews, and formulate case studies, program evaluations, and needs assessments to drive societal improvements.
