- 2.25 cups Flour
- 0.75 cups Vegetable Oil

- 5 Well Ripened (Soft) Bananas
Preparation Steps
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease two loaf pans or a single Bundt pan.
- In a large mixing bowl or stand mixer, mash the bananas.
- Add sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the bananas and combine well.
